What looks like a trend reversal, the joint family system seems to be a popular choice of many youngsters today
What do you prefer - a home full of people from different generations or a quiet den with not many around? Well, a recent survey from one of the leading online matrimonial sites about its members' matrimonial attitudes gave some fascinating results. It reveals, "Fifty four per cent of women prefer living in a joint family after marriage — alongside parents and siblings - whereas only 21 per cent want to be in a nuclear set-up."
