CHANDIGARH, Oct 4 — A case of defrauding young students with fake certificates at the senior secondary level has come to light in the city with the arrest of the director of a coaching academy. Police sources confirmed that P.V. Gupta of the local ACE Academy has been booked under Sections 420, 467, 471 and 468 IPC.
