Illegal quarrying under authorities' nose SAS NAGAR, Dec 29 — Large-scale illegal quarrying in agricultural lands on the embankments of a seasonal rivulet traversing its way through some villages of SAS Nagar sub-division, is taking place right under the nose of the authorities.
