200 cr to be spent on projects: Dawer

Mr Surinder Dawer, Parliamentary Secretary, Power and Urban Development, has said that the state government had decided to accord a top priority to redress the grievances of the people. He said he would be available for the public at his residence in the morning, whenever in Ludhiana.
