Will forward Sood’s resignation to

Amritsar, February 2
 Balbir Punj, BJP’s in charge of Punjab affairs, said today that the
          he was going to submit the resignation of Medical Education and
          Research Minister Tikshan Sood to Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal.
          “I am going to Chandigarh today and will forward the resignation to
          the Chief Minister this evening or in the morning tomorrow,” said

 Singapore Airlines last evening stopped more than three-year-old

 Members of the All-India Defence Civilian Canteen Employees’ Union (AIDCCEU)
          have decided to go on a nationwide hunger strike from February 17,
