MC ‘fails’ to get land for shooting range vacated from encroachers

The members of a local NGO, Maha Sabha Ludhiana, and the District Rifle Association (DRA) have said the Ludhiana Municipal Corporation has failed to get the land, where an indoor shooting range is to be set up, vacated from encroachers.
