posture from both the UPA and the NDA and hinting at
abstention as one of the possibility in the presidential
elections while stating at the same time that
Vice-President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat's stature was

The Panthers Party today withdrew
support to the Congress-led coalition government in Jammu and Kashmir,
accusing it of posing a threat to the national security on the issue of
demilitarisation by bowing to the pressure of the People's Democratic
