International White Cane Day observed

The Equal Opportunity Cell - Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) Office, Panjab University, celebrated the International White Cane Day with a series of events.

The programme began with a march-past by visually impaired students. Following this, a cultural programme was also held.

The event concluded with the certificate distribution ceremony, acknowledging the dedicated efforts of Scribes from the Scribe Society who supported visually impaired students during exams. Volunteers who assisted in organising the event and participated in the march past were also honoured.
