City residents took part in a Tiranga Yatra organised at Sukhna Lake to mark the success of Operation Sindoor. People marched with the national flag held high, expressing gratitude and unwavering support for the armed forces.

City BJP president Jatinder Pal Malhotra and district president Sonu Sarpanch also participated in the event.

Speaking on the occasion, Malhotra said, “Operation Sindoor is not just a military victory—it represents the soul and resolve of our nation. This Tiranga Yatra is a reflection of patriotic spirit of city residents and their deep respect for brave soldiers.”

The event concluded with a salute to the Tricolour and a rousing chant of “Jai Hind”.
