Prof (Dr) Anita Saxena, Vice-Chancellor of Pt Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHS), Rohtak, has been named among the world’s top 2 per cent of scientists, according to Stanford University’s 2024 list.

Before joining UHS, Prof Saxena held several prestigious positions, including Dean of Academics, Chief of the Cardiothoracic Centre, and Head of the Cardiology Department at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. With over 36 years of professional experience in clinical practice, teaching, and research, she has made significant contributions to the medical field.
