The school celebrated their return with great enthusiasm. The players were welcomed with flower garlands, tilak and bouquets. A school band played tunes as they were escorted to the main stage. There, Principal Dr Sheela Poonia, sports director Rishu and other dignitaries honoured them with gifts and praised their dedication and achievement. They shared that nine players from the institute represented India in the championship. Their remarkable performance has brought laurels not only to the institute but also to the Sirsa district and the entire country.

Coach Ritu Nagpal said the players performed exceptionally well and brought gold for the country for the seventh time. She shared that Ravinder scored three key goals in the final match against China. All institute players gave their best for the Indian teams. She also thanked the Haryana Roller Skating Federation for their support and guidance.

Meanwhile, the parents of the players expressed joy over their children’s success and thanked the institute, coaches, Roller Skating Federation of India, and the Haryana Roller Skating Association. They urged the Haryana Government to recognise the achievements of these players and reward them with cash awards, just like in other major sports, to boost roller sports in the state.
