In the ongoing drive against drug smugglers, the Commissionerate Police, Ludhiana, has freezed immovable/movable assets worth around Rs 2.3 crore of a Ludhiana-based smuggler.

The suspect, Mangat Singh, is a resident of Hambran village in Ludhiana.

A case has been registered against the man under

various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985, at the Ladhowal police station here.
