“The state government has started the process of filling 26,454 posts in various departments so as to ensure smooth functioning of the state machinery,” he said during a meeting here today.

On salaries to Forest Department employees for April, May and June, Kataruchak said the Union Government had assured that salaries would be released by August 1 and his department would credit it in the accounts of employees by August 10.

Regarding the seniority list of employees, the minister said that after rectifying the mistakes, if any, in the list, these should be provided to the employees’ organisations.
