In what has come out as big news for Indian team fans, the tickets for the blockbuster clash between India and Pakistan in the upcoming ICC World Cup 2023 are slated to begin on August 29, 2023, from 6 PM IST onwards.
ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup is back for another thrilling edition, beginning October 5th, 2023. The 16th edition of the World Cup will be hosted solely by India for the very first time and all the matches will be hosted in different cities of the country.
There will be a total of 48 matches played during the ICC World Cup 2023 tournament across 10 Indian cities- Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Dharamsala, Delhi, Chennai, Lucknow, Kolkata, Pune, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.
Registration for the tickets for various matches, including India ones, began already, and for the lovers of the India vs. Pakistan clash, fans who hold Mastercard credit cards will enjoy a special benefit. Tickets will not be available before August 25, which is the date from which tickets for non-India warm-up matches and all non-India event matches will be distributed.
Tickets for India matches at Guwahati and Trivandrum will be made available from August 30 while those in Chennai, Delhi, and Pune will be available from August 31. 1st September is the start date of ticket sales for India matches at Dharamsala, Lucknow, and Mumbai, while ticket sales for India matches at Bengaluru and Kolkata will start from next day.
India vs. Pakistan World Cup 2023 match tickets to go on sale on August 29; Mastercard users to get a 24-hour pre-sale window for all India matches
The two arch-rivals will meet on Saturday, October 14 at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Team India will play eight more World Cup games at different venues and the tickets for all India’s matches will open on August 30.
However, Mastercard users get a special 24-hour pre-sale window on the official ticketing partners of the ICC World Cup 2023, Book My Show. For all the general fans without Mastercard access, India vs Pakistan ticket sales will begin on September 3rd at 8 PM IST.

Process to buy tickets for India vs. Pakistan ICC World Cup 2023 match:
The 2023 ODI World Cup ticket prices will be available both offline and online. For the offline method, supporters must visit the stadium’s ticket counters, which will open closer to the beginning dates of respective matches. The BCCI announced on August 23 that ‘Book My Show‘ would be the official ticketing partner, allowing supporters to book their tickets online.
