Three youths from Himachal Pradesh died after a speeding bike collided with a police car at around 3 am last night.

The victims were identified as Vishesh Sharma of Kangra, and Abhishek and Vivek Sharma of Hamirpur. Sukhbir Singh, SHO of Division B police station, said that according to the initial investigation, the bike-borne victims were traveling at a very high speed and were on the wrong side of the elevated road, which led to the incident.

Their bike collided with a car coming from the other direction. All three died at the scene.

The police said further investigations are ongoing. They stated that the bodies were taken to a mortuary and the families of the deceased were informed.
