The “AAP Di Sarkar Aap De Duar” initiative is a one-stop platform where residents can raise their concerns directly with officials from various departments under one roof, ensuring immediate redressal. This not only saves time and money but also increases administrative efficiency. “Complaints received during the camp were forwarded to the respective departments for resolution,” said Dr Gupta.
