The district administration has taken a significant step towards improving the city’s infrastructure by releasing a Google form to collect complaints and suggestions related to public services and roads. The initiative, led by Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sawhney, aims to engage residents in the decision-making process and ensure that their voices are heard.

Through this form, the residents can report issues such as road conditions in their area, water accumulation, defunct streetlights and footpath conditions. The form will also allow the residents to provide suggestions for improving the roads in their area. The Deputy Commissioner has assured that these complaints and suggestions will be monitored daily, and necessary action will be taken promptly.
