A workshop on the theme ‘Capacity Building’ was organised by Doon Public School, Hajipur, near here, as part of the school’s initiative to enhance the professional skills of its teaching staff.

The workshop was presided over by Dr Anoop Kumar Sharma, an educationist who teaches in a Kuwait-based school. He also conducted sessions on ‘classroom management’ and ‘effective teaching.’

Principal Dr Sanjukta Majumdar said the objective of the workshop was to make teaching practices more effective and impactful.

Dr Sharma elaborated on the interlinked roles of teachers and students.

The school administrators, Rohit Katna and Richa Katna, too, were present.
