In a press release, the SGPC members stated that they had arranged gurmat programmes in 26 gurdwaras of Dera Baba Nanak. The SGPC’s Dharam Prachar Committee arranged for the ragi, dhadi and kavishri jathas. But a day before the programme, their duty was cancelled, citing that they would be pressed in for the centenary programmes.
