Eminent scholar gives success tips at college

Ram Govind Das, an internationally acclaimed scholar, held the audience spellbound with an elaborate lecture on “How to achieve success in life” at RR Bawa DAV College for Girls on Saturday.

Highlighting the significance of education, he encouraged the students to prioritise learning and skill development. “Your education is your most powerful tool. It equips you so that you can make meaningful contributions to society and also to achieve your personal aspiration.”

Swami Ram Govind Das is the author of several important books, specifically on astrology and spirituality. He is an eclectic astrologer who combines elements of classic and modern astrology, where he feels that astrology is the wisdom of hope and it never comes from the texts.

Drawing from his vast experience as a speaker and social worker, Ram Govind Das used anecdotes and examples to connect with the audience comprising mainly youngsters. “Dream big but always remember action is the bridge between dreams and reality,” he advised.
