The ESI Employees Federation president Ashok Sharma said the allowances such as fixed travel allowance, diet allowance and uniform allowance earlier given to the employees have been withdrawn. He said the protest would continue till these were restored. Medical Laboratory Association leader Jatin Sharma said they had boycotted all services till their demands were accepted.
