The Amritsar chapter of FICCI FLO hosted URJA — Strengthening Relationships —- an evocative evening dedicated to celebrating the depth of human connections and the strength that comes from authentic conversations. The evening opened with a Kathak performance by Dr Mansi Saxena, whose presentation combined precision, discipline and aesthetic excellence, establishing a fitting atmosphere of reflection and grace.

This was followed by a dialogue led by actor and content creator, Nisha Aggarwal Valecha and spiritual mentor Maitreyi Saundarya, who addressed the importance of authenticity, awareness and presence in relationships. Their insights highlighted both the challenges and opportunities of building meaningful human connections in contemporary society. The conversation was anchored by FICCI FLO Amritsar chairperson Mona Singh, who steered the discussion emphasising the relevance of conscious relationships as a foundation for personal growth and community harmony.

The event also marked the announcement of a significant initiative led by Dr Sonali Kimmatkar Soni, FLO member and IRIA Punjab State Raksha and Shakti coordinator, under the guidance of FLO Punjab IRIA president Dr Neelam Gauba and secretary, social wing, Dr Reemanshu Bansal. The initiative extends support to Mission Deep, symbolising FLO’s commitment to empowerment and protection.

URJA served as a purposeful forum for meaningful dialogue, reinforcing the value of authenticity, awareness and respect in building stronger human relationships.
