Addressing the gathering at Gandhi Dham in a simple but impressive function organised to mark the occasion, Chaudhary impressed upon following the teachings of the Mahatma for a peaceful and violence-free society. He emphasised that the life of Mahatma Gandhi and his teachings are needed in today’s life where intolerance and violence have become a way of life.
