The university is going to roll out this program in the first week of June once Rehabilitation Council of India (GoI) shares its approval with GNDU. This program is significance because in addition to become eligible to teach in special schools, normal schools and as special educator in schools as per the directives of Govt of India, these students also get a license to practice as professionals.

This license allows professionals to practice in the rehabilitation field and even establish their own clinics for children with special needs (CWSN). Department of Education also offers B. Ed Special Education (Multiple Disability) - two-year program to train secondary stage teachers in both special and inclusive education.
