Deputy Commissioner Rahul distributed letters sent by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to the beneficiaries who have rendered government service by honouring them on Teacher’s Day. A function in this regard was held in the meeting hall at the District Administrative Complex on Friday. DC Rahul, in his address, congratulated the beneficiaries and identified them as public servants. He added that the government and the public have high hopes from them as they have dedicated themselves towards their duty with honesty and sincerity. As many as 31 beneficiaries have been given jobs on the basis of merit. The beneficiaries assured the government and the administration of working with honest zeal.
