Students of the Mai Bhago International Public School here excelled at the district level in the Indian School Certificate (ISC) Class XII exams declared by the Council of Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) on Sunday.

The school achieved 100 per cent results. Harkanwar Singh got 97.75 per cent marks and Gursimran Singh secured 97.25 per cent in medical stream, while Yashleen Kaur with 96 per cent and Jugraj Singh with 95.5 per cent marks excelled in the district in the non-medical stream.

The students of Guru Gobind Singh Convent School, Sohawa (Sarhali), run under the guidance of Baba Sukha Singh, head of Kar Sewa sect Sarhali Sahib, too achieved 100 per cent results.

School students Romanpreet Kaur got 88 per cent and Sandeep Kaur scored 85 per cent marks in the non-medical stream.

Kirandeep Kaur with 88 per cent and Sukhpreet Kaur getting 82 per cent marks topped in the district in the commerce stream.
