Bhagat Puran Singh Special School at Pingalwara, Manawala Branch, on Friday marked the International Disability Day with children with special needs performing cultural events. Slogan writing and paper reading competitions were held at the institute and folk dance was performed by special children on the occasion. President of Pingalwara Dr. Inderjit Kaur, Col. Darshan Singh Bawa Administrator, Jai Singh Administrator, Tilak Raj General Manager, among others were present.
