JEE result: Divyamsh scores 99.97 percentile to top in Amritsar district

Divyamsh, a student at the Amritsar centre of FIITJEE, has topped the district by getting 99.97 percentile in the JEE Main Session I, 2024, as results were announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA) today. Around 11.70 lakh students appeared in the exam all over the country. A total of 23 candidates have secured a perfect 100, as per the NTA.

In Amritsar, among the top scorers were Aryaman Oberoi (99.93), Shri Ram Ashram student Amrit Kumar (99.83) and Ishandeep Singh (99.74). Bhavan’s SL student Kyan Mahajan topped his school by securing 99.71 percentile, Spring Dale student Himinish Verma got 99.47 and Sarthak Mehta secured 98.98 percentile. Nidhish Sahni, a student of Senior Study II, scored 98.92 percentile.

Indresh Kiraula, Head, FIITJEE (Amritsar), informed that this year, the gap between top scorers has been close. “Eight of our district toppers have a narrow gap between their scores, which shows the kind of competition they face. We wish them luck for JEE Advance now,” he said.
