Khalsa College emerged as overall champion in the 5th Inter-Khalsa Colleges Youth Festival ’20, a two-day event that concluded at Khalsa College for Women on Friday.

Various events, including dance, fine arts, poetry, debate, folk singing, giddha, bhangra, play, mono acting, skit, poster making, extempore and painting, were organised, in which hundreds of students took part.

The Khalsa College of Education (KCE), GT Road, emerged as first runners-up while the KCE, Ranjit Avenue, bagged the second runner-up position. A total of 13 colleges under the Khalsa College Governing Council (KCGC) participated in the event, which saw stunning presentations of talent by students.

Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina gave away prizes to the winners and said the youth festival provided opportunity to students to present their inherent talent on stage.
