Bibi Kulwant Kaur, who just studied up to Class IV, delivered a lecture on events in Sikh history to students of the Nishan-E-Sikhi Institute of Religious Studies here on Monday. She talked about Sikh martyrs and kinship of Sikh Gurus, including Guru Angad Dev, Guru Amar Das and Guru Ram Das.

Bibi Kulwant, a resident of Manaila village of Fatehgarh district, could not complete her studies due to odd circumstances.

During her address, she threw light on some historical events such as Battle of Chamkaur Sahib. She also apprised the students of Sikh martyrs in the battle. Similarly, she talked about 40 ‘Muktas’.
