Cabinet Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar gave appointment letters to 12 family members of the farmers who lost their lives in the Delhi morcha at a function organized here on Saturday. While addressing on the occasion, the minister said these candidates have been appointed in the agriculture and farmer welfare department.
Congratulating the families who will be given government jobs by the state government, Bhullar said it was just a homage of the state government to the departed souls. The minister advised the newly appointed employees to work hard and honestly.
Chief Agriculture Officer Dr Harpal Singh Pannu and other officials too were present on the occasion.
