Kanwaljit Singh Bajwa, District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman of the local District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), informed here on Wednesday that a National Lok Adalat would be held in the district of Tarn Taran on December 13.

The judicial officer said that the cases related to NI Act, bank recovery, labour laws, electricity, water and other municipal matters like sewerage, water supply, house tax, site plan etc, civil matters, minor crimes, marital disputes, MACT (motor accident) cases and insurance claim would be settled by mutual consent in the Lok Adalat. He said that if any person wants to resolve his dispute through this Lok Adalat by mutual consent, he can give his application.
