The Gurudwara Committee welcomed her by presenting her with a memento. Later, she also went to watch the Beating Retreat ceremony at Attari-Wagah border. Sharing her thoughts afterwards, she said, “I have come to Punjab for the first time. I had heard a lot about the Wagah border and wanted to see it for myself. It was a surreal experience to closely see the two countries, one my own and the other that was once a part of us,” she said. Manu Bhaker also interacted with Border Security Force (BSF) personnel and was given a tour of the border.

Reflecting on her experience, Manu Bhaker had an inspiring message for youth. “I would like to tell the youth that if you set a target, give your all to achieve it. God will be with you and you will achieve what you desire,” she said.
