The SAD today named veteran leader Ranjit Singh Brahmpura as the party’s candidate from Khadoor Sahib. Party spokesperson Daljeet Singh Cheema said Brahmpura was the 93rd candidate announced by the party out of its quota of 97 seats as per the alliance with the BSP.

Brahmpura had recently left the Rajya Sabha MP Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa-led SAD (Sanyukt) over its alliance with the BJP. — TNS
