SBI donates e-carts to BSF at Wagah border

These electric carts will assist senior citizens, differently-abled individuals and women visitors, making it easier for them to move comfortably across the large ceremonial grounds. The initiative reflects the Bank’s commitment to public service, national pride and accessibility for all.
The handover ceremony took place in the presence of S.S. Chandel, DIG, BSF; Krishan Sharma, CGM, SBI Chandigarh Circle; Bam Shankar Mishra, DGM, AO Ludhiana; and Satwinder Singh, RM, Amritsar, along with other senior officials from the BSF and SBI.
The initiative was warmly appreciated by the BSF and reaffirmed the Bank’s role as a responsible and caring partner dedicated to community welfare beyond banking.
