Dr Rakesh Mohan, Principal of GNDU College, Sujanpur, has been honoured with the membership of International Society of Criminology (ISC), Paris.

He has been conferred upon with this honour for his contribution towards finding concrete solutions to the challenges posed by the increasing crime rate across the world.

A communication to this effect has been issued by Prof Stephen Parmentier, Secretary General of ISC. The objective of the ISC is to support activities and research designed to produce a better understanding of the crime phenomenon on an international scale.

The ISC promotes the prevention of crime along with improving the procedures used by the various criminal justice systems. Its activities focus both on scientific and practical issues. Dr Rakesh Mohan has authored papers for several law universities and colleges.
