Tarn Taran students excel in CBSE Board examinations

Several schools in Tarn Taran district have set remarkable standards in academic excellence, with students achieving outstanding results in the CBSE Class 10 and 12 Board Examinations. From district toppers to perfect scores, the students’ hard work and the guidance of their teachers have led to exceptional performances.

Guru Amar Dass Adarsh Institute, Goindwal Sahib, achieved a 100 per cent result in the Class 12 CBSE Board Examination, with the highest score being 97 per cent. Bhavneet Kaur, daughter of Harpreet Singh from Khawaspur village, emerged as the district topper in the Medical stream by scoring 97 per cent. She also secured a perfect 100 in the painting subject. Prabhdeep Singh, Chairman of Reform UK, Hounslow Branch, congratulated the students, parents and teachers for this outstanding achievement.

Nishan-E-Sikhi International School, Khadoor Sahib, functioning under the guidance of Baba Seva Singh, Head of Kar Seva Khadoor Sahib and an internationally recognised environmentalist, demonstrated academic excellence with 100 per cent results in both Class 10 and Class 12 CBSE board examinations. In Class 12, Avreet Kaur from the Commerce stream topped the district with an impressive 98.6 per cent. Tripatjot Kaur (commerce) and Sehajpreet Kaur (science) also performed exceptionally well, scoring 97 per cent and 96 per cent respectively. Baba Seva Singh, along with Baba Baldev Singh, specially attended the morning assembly to congratulate and honour the students.

KD International School, Tarn Taran, showcased its academic brilliance with exceptional CBSE Class 10 results, achieving a 100 per cent pass rate. Among 58 students, 12 scored above 90 per cent, while 14 students secured above 80 per cent. Director Gautam Sood, Admin Head Rakesh Bansal and Principal Paramjit Kaur said the results are a powerful reflection of the students’ hard work and dedication.

Sri Guru Harkrishan Senior Secondary Public School, Chabal, also achieved 100 per cent success in both Class 10 and Class 12 CBSE examinations. In Class 10, Muskandeep Kaur scored an impressive 94 per cent. In Class 12, Lovleen Kaur from the Medical stream secured 96.6 per cent, Manpreet Kaur from the Non-medical stream scored 84.4 per cent, Harneet Kaur from Commerce achieved 95 per cent and Jasdeep Kaur from Humanities obtained 92 per cent.
