Amritsar: Amritsar Founders, a community of young entrepreneurs, under its social responsibility initiative, distributed shoes to health workers at Mata Kaula Ji hospital on the 100-feet road here on Sunday. Vikrant Kapoor, chairman of Amritsar Founders, said: “It is the duty of the entrepreneurs to contribute for the welfare of society. This event was organised with the same sense of duty.” He said health workers and their families have made maximum sacrifices during the Covid-19 pandemic. Mandeep Kaur Sidhu, an entrepreneur and philanthropist who had contributed towards the distribution of the campaign, said: “We have been engaged in this campaign of distribution of shoes for the last several years.
