Parshotam Lal, Assistant Superintendent of the Central Jail, said that at about 3 pm on Monday, both the accused clashed with each other due to old enmity inside the jail premises. Romandeep attacked Dalbir with a small piece of brick and injured him. After first-aid, the jail medical officer referred him to the Civil Hospital. The ASI said a case under Section 52 of the Prison Act has been registered in this regard. — OC
