The Government Railway Police found the body of some unidentified person near the railway station, Bhagtanwala, 20 km from here, on Friday.

ASI Sukhminder Singh, in-charge of the post, said the body seemed to be of around a 35-year-old clean-shaven man with wheatish colour. The ASI said the body would be kept in the mortuary of the local Civil Hospital for 72 hours for identification and after that if it remained unclaimed it would be cremated at the local cremation ground with the help of the municipal council.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
