The programme kicked off with an anti-drug awareness rally, led by NCC cadets, spreading a strong message against substance abuse. Dr Ajay Pal from the Community Health Centre, Kasel, conducted a session titled “Yudh Nashe De Virudh”, urging both the youth and villagers to unite in the fight against drugs. A practical first-aid session followed, providing villagers and students with essential life-saving skills.

Medical outreach included comprehensive check-ups by Dr Ajay Pal and Dr Sharanjit Singh from the Community Health Centre, Kasel, along with dental examinations conducted by Dr Jaspreet Kaur. Free medicines were distributed to all beneficiaries, ensuring accessible healthcare for the village community.

In addition, NCC cadets delivered speeches on NCC Day, emphasising the organisation's role in nation-building and encouraging youth participation in societal development. The event saw participation from 40 cadets of Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Chabhal, local Sarpanch Jagjir Singh, 79 villagers and 52 students from the school. The Vibrant Village Programme successfully demonstrated the collective commitment to fostering responsible citizenship, promoting public health and energising rural communities.
