The date for filing claims and objections would be from February 11 to 18. The claims and objections received would be processed by February 27, with the final publication of the updated voter roll set for March 3. The District Amritsar Electoral Registration Officer, along with Sub Divisional Magistrates of Amritsar-1, Amritsar-2, Lopoke, Baba Bakala, Ajnala and Majitha, would serve as Electoral Registration Officers within their respective jurisdictions.

The Electoral Registration Officer would hold camps at rural polling booths for two days, on February 14 and 15, to ensure the smooth execution of the improvement process. All Block Development and Panchayat Officers are expected to liaise with the respective Electoral Registration Officers to gather information on the improvements in their villages and provide full support for the update process.
