The International School of Design will host a Wearable Art Fashion Show at VR Ambarsar Mall on March 1 at 5pm. Titled Katran, the fashion show will present innovative designs that blend traditional craftsmanship and global fashion trends with sustainability in mind.
Play: Theatre lovers assemble
FOR theatre lovers in the city, Punjab Arts Council, Chandigarh, and Punjab Naatshala will be presenting a Punjabi play titled Delhi Dehi by Aks Rangmanch, Samrala. Written by acclaimed playwright and writer Dr Amarjit Grewal and directed by Rajwinder Samrala, the play will be staged on March 1, 6.30pm onwards. Dr Grewal is celebrated for his critical social commentary through his writings and this play promises to be a visual presentation of the challenges and social problems ailing our national capital.

THE month-long second edition of Punjab Art Summit being hosted at VR Ambarsar Mall will showcase an art bazaar and book festival from March 1. The festival will spotlight emerging authors through book readings, panel discussions and interactive sessions. Aspiring writers can participate in workshops led by seasoned authors and publishers. In collaboration with Timeless Amritsar, the festival will host a vibrant three-day Art Bazaar, offering a platform for local and student artists to showcase their talent through paintings, sculptures, crafts, and live art installations.
