As many as 12 students of Baba Farid Group of Institutions (BFGI) were recruited by a leading technology firm during a campus recruitment drive recently. Toppr Technologies Private Limited conducted a campus placement drive at BFGI and hired a total of 12 students, including six of Baba Farid College, four of Baba Farid College of Management and Technology and two of Baba Farid College of Engineering and Technology.

A psychometric test was conducted for the pre-selections. After the pre-selection round, the recruitment team conducted a group discussion, a panel round and then conducted interview via video-conferencing.

The recruitment team was impressed with the knowledge of the students about ongoing corporate trends. These selections were based on their key technical skills as well as highly effective communication skills and marketing skills. Around 70 students of BFGI participated in the campus placement drive, out of which 12 students were offered a salary package of 10.5 LPA.
