A man allegedly killed his wife and cousin with a sharp-edged weapon at Dhipali village here on Friday night. The duo was allegedly in an illicit relationship. The victims have been identified as Manpreet Kaur and Rajinder Singh. The accused along with his elder brother caught his wife and cousin red-handed at their residence and used farm implements to murder the duo. The police reached the spot and sent the bodies to the Civil Hospital to conduct autopsy. The police have registered a murder case against the accused. — TNS
