A week-long cycle expedition by Chetak Gunners that began on January 14, culminated here today. The expedition that commenced on the occasion of Veterans’ Day was led by Lieutenant Colonel Ravi Ranjan and travelled through remote villages of Punjab and Rajasthan, covering a distance of 561 kilometers in eight days.

During the expedition, various camps were conducted for reaching out to veterans and addressing their concerns and issues. The team also conducted motivational lectures for school and college students of five districts of Punjab and Rajasthan.

The GOC felicitated the team for exhibiting willpower, endurance and determination in extreme weather conditions and appreciated the participants for a successful campaign towards a greater cause.
