Muktsar Senior Medical Officer (SMO) Dr Arpan Deep Brar clarified the situation, stating, “Wheelchairs are available at the hospital. Currently, construction work on the upcoming Mother and Child Hospital is underway just opposite the hospital’s main building. It appears the patient’s attendant chose to use a nearby construction cart. The hospital staff was not informed about this.”
