Principal Dr Rajesh Singla explained students about various aspects of stress and how it caused harm to students. He explained that by eating proper diet at regular intervals and eating fruits, along with drinking water, we could keep the body healthy and improve concentration. He said stress would never help but reduce efficiency and performance of students. Students must divide time properly and must do revision after learning new topics to improve the memory level. Students must also meditate and remain cool and happy, in case any exam does not go well. They must not worry and give up but work hard for the next paper. He said keeping one goal and time frame in mind would ease the process of achieving our aims.

Harpreet Kaur educated students on how to attempt the paper and score good marks and the importance of time management in completing the exam. Students must first attempt those questions which consume lesser time and fetch high score, she said. Secondly, they must not waste any time on questions which seem difficult. They must answer question point-wise, make diagrams and charts and must underline the important words. Students must write relevant points and stick to information asked rather than writing essays.
