Drug major Lupin on Friday said it will acquire Australia-based Southern Cross Pharma Pty Ltd (SCP). Generic Health, the Australian arm of Lupin, has entered into an agreement under which Lupin will acquire 100% stake in SCP, it said. PTI

Devyani International IPO to open on August 4

Devyani International, the largest franchisee of Pizza Hut, KFC and Costa Coffee in India, on Friday fixed a price band of Rs 86-90 a share for its Rs 1,838-crore initial share sale. The IPO will open for subscription on August 4 till August 6, it said. PTI

Sun Pharma posts Rs1,444 cr net profit in June quarter

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries on Friday reported a net profit of Rs 1,444.17 crore for the June 2021 quarter compared to a net loss of Rs 1,655.60 crore for the corresponding period previous fiscal. Revenue stood at Rs 9,718.74 crore for the quarter under consideration. PTI
