The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Northern Region has announced the appointment of Anjali Singh, Executive Chairperson, ANAND Group, as the new Chairperson of CII Northern Region for the year 2025-26, following the untimely demise of Sunjay Kapur, Chairman, Sona Comstar.
She will lead CII’s engagements across the seven Northern Region states—Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh—and the Union Territories of Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Ladakh.

“My key priorities will include driving next-generation reforms across the Northern Region states, launching district development programmes to enhance industry competitiveness, and scaling ESG implementation across all industry sizes,” said Anjali Singh.
